As a Senior Performance Architect at Microsoft, you will play a crucial role in defining and delivering operational measures of success for the Cobalt program. You will work closely with the Compute Silicon and Manufacturing Organization (CSME) team to improve planning processes, quality, delivery, scale, and sustainability related to Microsoft cloud hardware. Your contributions will directly impact the efficiency and effectiveness of Microsoft’s cloud infrastructure.
You will collaborate with engineers and stakeholders to identify performance bottlenecks and develop strategies to address them. Your insights will help shape the future of Microsoft’s cloud offerings, ensuring that they meet the demands of a growing customer base. You will also be involved in the application of AI to enhance silicon development workflows, driving innovation within the team.
