CLEAR is seeking a Recruiter to support its growth by partnering with HR and business leaders to enhance the candidate experience. This role requires expertise in sourcing talent and improving recruiting processes.
You are a driven Recruiter with a strong understanding of hiring needs and the ability to partner effectively with HR Business Partners and business leaders. You have a knack for using data and industry insights to guide hiring managers toward the best talent decisions. Your experience includes sourcing candidates from niche markets, particularly for tough-to-fill roles, and you excel at balancing the needs of candidates with business objectives to achieve win-win outcomes. You are committed to raising the bar in recruiting processes and enhancing the talent brand of your organization.
In this role, you will collaborate deeply with HRBPs and business leaders to understand hiring needs and align on how each hire will contribute to company goals. You will become a talent market expert, utilizing data and insights to guide hiring decisions. Your sourcing skills will be put to the test as you dive into niche markets to find and engage passive candidates. You will advocate effectively for both candidates and the business, ensuring thoughtful outcomes that benefit all parties involved. Additionally, you will share insights and best practices to continually improve recruiting processes and elevate CLEAR’s talent brand.
This position is a 6-month contract with the potential for permanency, providing an opportunity to make a significant impact on the organization’s growth. You will be part of a dynamic team that values collaboration and innovation in the recruitment process.
