What you'll do

As the Engineering Manager at Imply, you will lead a talented team of engineers in the development of Imply Lumi, the industry’s first observability warehouse. You will be responsible for setting the technical direction and ensuring that the team is aligned with the company’s mission to empower organizations through better data insights. You will collaborate closely with product management and design teams to define the roadmap and prioritize features that deliver maximum value to customers.

You will oversee the engineering processes, ensuring that best practices are followed in software development, testing, and deployment. Your role will involve regular one-on-ones with team members to provide feedback, support their career development, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. You will also be involved in hiring and building a diverse team that reflects the company’s values and commitment to innovation.
