What you'll do

As the NPI Program Manager at Meta, you will take ownership of the new product introduction process across the Supply Chain organization. Your role will involve coordinating activities among various internal teams, including AI & Hardware Engineering and Manufacturing Operations, as well as external manufacturing partners. You will be responsible for ensuring that new products are introduced smoothly and efficiently, with a focus on meeting deadlines and quality standards.

You will identify and manage risks throughout the product introduction process, proactively addressing potential issues before they impact timelines or quality. Your ability to bring clarity to complex situations will be crucial as you navigate the challenges of integrating new technologies into existing infrastructure. You will also be expected to provide regular updates to stakeholders, ensuring that everyone is aligned on project status and any emerging challenges.

Collaboration will be key in this role, as you will work closely with various teams to ensure that all aspects of the product introduction are considered.
