WHAT YOU’LL DO

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Treasury Analyst to join our Treasury team. The candidate will be responsible for supporting treasury functions, with a focus on cash management, cash forecasting, and FX exposure mitigation. This role is essential in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial operations and compliance with regulatory requirements, including:

Support daily cash management activities, including cash positioning, forecasting, and reporting
Assist in the preparation and processing of wire transfers, ACH payments, and other cash disbursements
Help manage inter-company funding and settlement processes
Assist in maintaining relationships with banking partners and optimizing banking services
Support overall bank portal and TMS maintenance, along with associated controls
Support the maintenance and expansion of the FX risk management program
Support ad-hoc analytical reporting requests for various treasury projects and initiatives
Maintain, update, and monitor SOX compliance, including process narratives, flowcharts, and control matrices
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to treasury operations
Maintain accurate and organized records of all treasury transactions and activities

Who You Are

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
1+ years of experience in treasury, finance, or accounting roles
Basic understanding of SOX compliance and internal controls
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Strong written and verbal English language skills are essential

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with treasury management systems and bank portals.
Knowledge of cash management and banking practices.
Experience with FX markets and managing FX risk
