Workato is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to drive sales and build relationships with clients. You'll leverage your sales expertise and frameworks like MEDDPICC to meet and exceed quotas. This role requires a proven track record in sales and a passion for innovation.

Who you are

You have a proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas — your experience in sales has equipped you with the skills to navigate complex sales cycles and build strong relationships with enterprise clients. You are familiar with MEDDPICC or similar sales frameworks, which helps you effectively manage your pipeline and forecast accurately.

As an enthusiastic team player, you thrive in a fast-paced and evolving environment — you are comfortable with change and are eager to contribute to building something new that can change the world. You understand the importance of collaboration and communication in achieving team goals and are always ready to support your colleagues.

You possess strong interpersonal skills that allow you to connect with clients and understand their needs — your ability to listen and empathize enables you to tailor solutions that drive value for their businesses. You are motivated by results and take ownership of your role, ensuring that you contribute positively to the company's success.

Desirable
