Coupang is seeking a Lead Program Manager for their CXD Program Management team to drive customer satisfaction initiatives. This role requires over 10 years of experience in project management within large organizations.
You have over 10 years of experience in project management, with at least 6 years in a large organization, demonstrating your ability to lead complex initiatives. Your strategic thinking allows you to view the company as a whole, ensuring that your projects align with broader business goals. You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to convey ideas clearly and effectively to various stakeholders. In a fast-paced environment, you excel at multitasking, managing multiple projects simultaneously without compromising quality. Your data-driven approach to work ensures that you make informed decisions based on insights and analytics. While not required, proficiency in business English and an MBA would be advantageous, as would certifications like PMP or similar.
In this role, you will lead and monitor strategic business initiatives, ensuring they align with customer satisfaction goals. You will structure and systematically address ambiguous problems, collaborating effectively with various teams to derive optimal solutions. Your ability to transform unstructured data into meaningful insights will be crucial in developing innovative solutions.
