Meta is seeking a Risk and Controls Systems Advisor to enhance the Finance organization's risk management capabilities. You'll provide expertise in financial systems and internal controls, collaborating with cross-functional teams. This role requires strong analytical skills and experience in risk management.

Job Description

Who you are

You have a strong background in risk management, particularly within financial systems and applications. Your experience includes identifying and addressing financial, operational, and IT risks in business processes. You are skilled at evaluating and supporting the design of internal controls, ensuring they are effective and aligned with business objectives. You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to collaborate effectively with Business Process Owners and cross-functional partners. You are proactive in anticipating and managing the effects of process and system changes on the control environment. You understand the importance of a robust control environment in achieving strategic objectives and are committed to empowering your team and stakeholders.

What you'll do

As a Risk and Controls Systems Advisor at Meta, you will be responsible for providing risk management expertise to the Global Finance Risk & Controls team. You will guide Business Process Owners in strengthening their control environment, ensuring that risks are effectively managed. Your role will involve hands-on experience in evaluating business processes and assessing the effectiveness of implemented controls. You will work closely with internal partners to provide risk and controls guidance that supports day-to-day operations. You will also be involved in identifying upcoming process and system changes and proactively managing their impact on the control environment. Your insights will help shape the risk management strategies of the Finance organization, contributing to the overall success of Meta's strategic objectives.
