Expel is seeking a Technical Account Manager to ensure clients realize maximum technical value from their services. You'll focus on building relationships with security practitioners and driving platform adoption. This role requires strong technical consultation skills and experience in customer success.
You have a strong background in technical account management, ideally with experience in the security domain. Your ability to build relationships with security practitioners and technical leaders is key to your success. You understand the importance of driving platform adoption and ensuring customers receive maximum value from their investments. You are skilled in technical consultation and have a knack for problem-solving, which allows you to address customer challenges effectively. You thrive in environments where you can collaborate closely with Customer Success Managers to enhance customer retention and satisfaction. Your analytical mindset helps you measure success through adoption metrics and customer health scores.
Experience in security operations or a related field is a plus. Familiarity with technical integrations and troubleshooting will enhance your effectiveness in this role. You are comfortable working with enterprise accounts and understand the complexities involved in providing dedicated technical advisory support.
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that assigned accounts realize maximum technical value from Expel's services. You will engage in technical consultation, service integration, and hands-on problem-solving to drive customer success. Building strong relationships with security practitioners and technical leaders will be a core part of your responsibilities. You will work closely with Customer Success Managers to align technical and commercial strategies, allowing them to focus on strategic relationships while you provide the technical depth needed for success. When incidents occur, you will coordinate the technical response with customers, ensuring timely and effective resolutions. Your success will be measured by the technical value realization within your accounts, including adoption metrics and customer technical health scores.
