Who you are

You have a minimum of 3 years of professional automotive interior repair and/or glass repair experience. Your skills include repairing damaged cloth, leather, plastic, vinyl, and other upholstery, as well as color matching and dying cloth and fabric. You are adept at repairing center consoles, seats, dashboards, headliners, and stitching. Additionally, you possess the ability to repair stars, bullseyes, combination breaks, cracks, and scratches in windows and windshields. You are committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences and are willing to work overtime when necessary to meet customer expectations.

What you'll do

As a Mid-Level Interior Repair/Glass Repair Technician at Carvana, you will utilize state-of-the-art tools in one of our high-tech Inspection Centers. Your primary responsibilities will include performing high-quality repairs on automotive interiors and glass, ensuring that all work meets Carvana's standards for excellence. You will collaborate with team members to maintain a clean and organized workspace, and you will be expected to follow safety protocols at all times. You will also participate in ongoing training programs to enhance your skills and keep up with industry advancements.
