What you'll do

As a Vehicle Title Clerk at Carvana, you will report to the Office Manager and be responsible for processing incoming vehicle titles. Your primary duty will be to ensure the transferability of titles to buyers in an efficient manner. You will maintain high standards of accuracy and efficiency in your work, following all relevant company policies and legal requirements. You will also assist in providing excellent customer service, addressing any inquiries or concerns from customers regarding their vehicle titles. Your role will involve collaborating with other team members to ensure a smooth workflow and contribute to the overall success of the operations team.
