Samsara is hiring an Enterprise Implementation Consultant to guide and support their largest customers in adopting IoT solutions. You'll be responsible for ensuring customer success throughout their lifecycle. This role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills.
You have a background in customer success or implementation roles, ideally within the technology or IoT sectors. You possess excellent communication skills and can effectively engage with enterprise clients to understand their needs and challenges. Your problem-solving abilities enable you to provide tailored solutions that drive customer satisfaction and success. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a focus on delivering value to customers. You thrive in collaborative settings and enjoy working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for Samsara's enterprise customers, guiding them through the onboarding process and ensuring they successfully adopt our IoT solutions. You will work closely with sales teams to understand customer requirements and help translate those into actionable implementation plans. Your responsibilities will include conducting training sessions, providing ongoing support, and gathering feedback to improve our offerings. You will also monitor customer engagement and success metrics, proactively identifying opportunities for upselling and enhancing customer satisfaction. Your role will involve collaborating with product and engineering teams to relay customer insights and advocate for their needs.
