What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the Engineering Operations team, focusing on designing solutions that prevent issues before they occur. You will embed AI-powered automation into processes, ensuring that customers receive timely guidance and support during platform events. Your responsibilities will include defining product roadmaps, collaborating with engineering teams, and driving initiatives that enhance the reliability and security of Microsoft Cloud services.
