What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the Engineering Operations team, focusing on designing solutions that prevent issues before they occur. You will embed AI-powered automation into processes, ensuring that customers receive timely guidance and support during platform events. Your responsibilities will include defining product roadmaps, collaborating with engineering teams, and driving initiatives that enhance the reliability and security of Microsoft Cloud services. You will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritize features, and ensure that the product aligns with customer needs and business objectives. You will also analyze customer feedback and operational data to inform product decisions and iterate on existing solutions. Your role will be central to expanding Engineering Operations capabilities to third-party Azure customers, enhancing their operational insights and guidance.
