HubSpot is seeking a Manager of Partner Development to lead a team focused on enhancing partner relationships and driving revenue growth. This role requires strong business acumen and team management skills, with a focus on strategic partner growth.
You have a proven track record in partner development or business development, ideally with experience in managing teams and driving revenue growth through partnerships. Your strong business acumen allows you to engage in strategic conversations that foster partner-led demand generation. You excel at building trust and confidence with your team, providing developmental feedback that promotes continuous improvement. You are skilled in influencing stakeholders across various levels of the organization, collaborating proactively with sales managers and executives to support business growth.
You possess excellent coaching skills, enabling you to develop your team's holistic partner development skills and toolset. Your experience in recruiting, selecting, and training new team members ensures that your team is well-equipped to meet and exceed quarterly goals. You are passionate about contributing to the foundations of the Partner Development organization and are eager to engage with partners to build executive relationships.
Experience in the upmarket space or with partner-sourced business is a plus. Familiarity with HubSpot's tools and methodologies will help you hit the ground running. A background in sales or marketing can also be beneficial in understanding the dynamics of partner relationships.
In this role, you will lead and manage a Partner Development team, focusing on achieving and exceeding quarterly MBOs and monthly milestones. You will drive initiatives that impact the foundations of the Partner Development organization at HubSpot, ensuring that your team is aligned with the company's strategic goals. Your responsibilities will include coaching team members, managing stakeholder relationships, and engaging regularly with partners to address escalations and concerns.
You will utilize your strong business acumen to support your team in driving strategic partner growth conversations, planning for partner-led demand generation, and executing initiatives that enhance revenue retention. As the Head of Channel for your region, you will play a crucial role in building executive relationships with partners and providing updates during Partner All Hands meetings.
Your leadership will be instrumental in fostering a culture of continuous improvement within your team, encouraging collaboration and proactive engagement with stakeholders across the business. You will also be responsible for maintaining headcount by recruiting and training new Partner Development Managers, ensuring that your team is equipped to meet the demands of an expanding region.
