You understand the importance of maintaining a comprehensive knowledge of the industry, products, and services to effectively engage with prospects.

What you'll do

In this role, you will generate new sales opportunities by leveraging the Target Account Framework to prospect new accounts within your territory. You will select specific personas within the Ideal Customer Profile for NICE customers and add them to our Sales Engagement software, completing prospecting activities that lead to meaningful conversations. Collaborating closely with your Account Executives, you will target the best accounts and prospects, ensuring that your efforts align with the company's strategic goals. You will set and achieve weekly and monthly goals, utilizing coaching conversations with your manager to enhance your performance. Participation in frequent team meetings and training sessions will be essential to your development and success in this role.
