Who you are

You have a strong background in inventory management principles and are familiar with warranty process management. Your experience includes performing cycle audits and executing incoming and outgoing deliveries, ensuring that all processes are documented accurately. What you'll do

In this role, you will perform cycle audits to ensure accurate inventory levels and execute incoming and outgoing deliveries as per management instructions. You will coordinate security escorts for third-party vendors, ensuring compliance with security protocols. Documenting inbound and outbound deliveries will be a key responsibility, as will initiating warranty claims and processing returns on failed equipment.

You will work closely with the Cloud Operations & Innovation (CO+I) team, contributing to the foundational technologies that support Microsoft’s online services. Your role will be vital in maintaining the integrity of the data center's inventory and asset management processes, which are essential for the smooth operation of services like Bing, Office 365, Xbox, OneDrive, and Microsoft Azure.
