Handshake is seeking Curators for an AI Trainer role to evaluate AI models and provide structured feedback based on professional experience. This position is remote and requires no prior AI experience.
You have at least 4 years of professional experience in a relevant field, which will enable you to effectively evaluate and train AI models. Your background may include planning and organizing the acquisition, storage, and exhibition of collections, as well as developing and maintaining registration and authorization information. You are comfortable working independently and can manage your time flexibly, averaging 5-20 hours per week. You are eager to learn new skills and contribute to the development of AI in your area of expertise.
While no specific AI experience is required, familiarity with AI concepts or technologies can be beneficial. You should possess strong communication skills to deliver clear and structured feedback that enhances the AI model's understanding of workplace tasks and language. A proactive attitude and willingness to adapt to new challenges will help you thrive in this role.
In this role, you will leverage your professional experience to evaluate AI models and assess content related to your field of work. You will develop prompts for AI models that accurately reflect your expertise and evaluate the responses generated by these models. Your feedback will play a crucial role in strengthening the AI's understanding of specific workplace tasks and language. The position is remote and asynchronous, allowing you to work independently from anywhere in the United States.
