Crusoe is seeking a Senior Construction Manager to lead the development of advanced infrastructure projects for AI technology. You'll ensure the execution of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems with precision. This role requires significant experience in construction management.
You have over 5 years of experience in construction management, particularly in large-scale projects. Your background includes overseeing complex construction activities and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. You possess strong leadership skills, enabling you to manage both direct hires and subcontractors effectively. Your expertise in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems is crucial for this role, as you will ensure these systems are executed with precision and meet the highest standards. You are detail-oriented and have a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are committed to driving innovation in construction practices.
Experience with AI infrastructure projects or data centers would be a significant advantage. Familiarity with sustainable construction practices and technologies is also desirable. You are comfortable using AutoCAD and other construction management software to facilitate project planning and execution.
