What you'll do

As a Staff Data Scientist at Headway, you will lead the charge in building a decision engine that enhances mental health care accessibility. You will be responsible for running analyses that inform product development and improve user experiences. Collaborating with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders, you will define key performance indicators and success metrics that guide the organization’s strategic direction. Your insights will shape how Headway measures success and drives improvements across various product surfaces.

You will also mentor junior data scientists, sharing your expertise and fostering a culture of learning and growth within the team. Your role will involve presenting findings to leadership and advocating for data-driven decision-making throughout the organization.
