DoorDash is hiring a Shift Lead for their DashMart in Albuquerque, NM. You'll oversee daily operations, manage inventory, and ensure high-quality customer service. This role requires experience in fast-paced environments and leadership skills.
You are a motivated and experienced individual who excels in fast-paced, physical environments. You are excited to roll up your sleeves and actively engage in day-to-day operations. You take ownership of your assigned shifts, ensuring that warehouse and kitchen processes are executed safely and efficiently. You maintain accountability for inventory, equipment, and other company assets, ensuring they are properly handled and protected from loss or theft. You are committed to delighting customers by ensuring their orders are delivered with high quality and accuracy. You communicate effectively with customers when issues arise and make sure Dasher pickups go smoothly. You guide Operations Associates through their shifts, ensuring the team works safely and productively.
In this role, you will support Site Management in running great shifts at DashMart. You will be responsible for fulfilling orders in a warehouse environment, maintaining inventory, and, in some locations, preparing food in a light-prep kitchen. You will lead your team by delegating tasks and ensuring that all operations run smoothly. You will also be involved in training new team members, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment. Your leadership will be crucial in maintaining safety and cleanliness standards, as well as ensuring that quality is upheld in every order fulfilled. You will actively engage with your team to motivate them and drive performance, ensuring that customer satisfaction remains a top priority.
