With over 5 years of experience in product management, you have a deep understanding of cloud deployment models and have successfully shipped enterprise-grade products. You are adept at balancing varied perspectives and leading cross-functional teams to achieve common goals. Your strong communication skills enable you to advocate for both customers and the business effectively.

You possess a solid background in data management and security needs, particularly in the context of cloud services. Your experience includes working closely with customers, sales, and engineering teams to deliver high-quality solutions on schedule. You are passionate about ensuring that user experience remains a priority while addressing complex data management challenges.

Desirable

Experience with application-aware backups and data protection strategies is a plus. Familiarity with public cloud workloads, particularly Azure Instances and AzureSQL, will enhance your ability to contribute to the team. You are comfortable navigating the complexities of product strategy and execution in a fast-evolving technological landscape.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for guiding the product strategy and execution of data backup and recovery solutions for public cloud services. You will collaborate with engineering, support, design, and marketing teams to plan, build, and launch innovative products that meet customer needs. Your responsibilities will include defining the product roadmap, conducting user research, and analyzing market trends to inform product decisions.

You will lead cross-functional teams to ensure that product development aligns with customer expectations and business objectives. Your role will involve regular communication with stakeholders to provide updates on product progress and gather feedback for continuous improvement. You will also be responsible for setting key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of product initiatives and drive data-driven decision-making.
