Box is hiring a Mid-Market Solutions Engineer to craft customer-centric solutions for business and IT leaders. You'll work in a collaborative environment to drive the adoption of Box's Intelligent Content Management platform. This role requires strong problem-solving skills and the ability to engage with clients effectively.
You have a strong background in solutions engineering, ideally with experience in selling to business and IT leaders across various industries. Your ability to craft customer-centric solutions is complemented by excellent communication skills, allowing you to engage effectively with clients and understand their unique needs. You thrive in collaborative environments and are eager to contribute to a team that is at the forefront of transforming business workflows with enterprise AI.
Experience in content management or enterprise software solutions is a plus, as is familiarity with AI technologies. You are adaptable and can quickly learn new tools and technologies to better serve your clients. As a Mid-Market Solutions Engineer at Box, you will take ownership of crafting tailored solutions that meet the specific needs of our clients. You will collaborate closely with the sales team to understand customer requirements and demonstrate how Box's platform can enhance their content management processes. Your role will involve engaging with both business and IT leaders, presenting solutions that drive value and efficiency.
You will also be responsible for conducting product demonstrations and providing technical support during the sales process.
