Panopto is seeking a VP of Go-To-Market Operations to lead the strategy and systems that drive revenue growth. You'll work with Salesforce and marketing technologies to optimize operations across the organization. This role requires significant experience in revenue and marketing operations.
You have over 10 years of experience in operations, specifically in revenue and marketing functions — you've successfully integrated siloed teams and driven operational excellence in a fast-paced environment. Your expertise in Salesforce and marketing technologies is complemented by a strong analytical mindset, allowing you to leverage data for strategic decision-making. You possess exceptional leadership skills, having managed cross-functional teams and influenced executive-level strategy. You understand the nuances of go-to-market strategies and have a proven track record of enabling predictable revenue growth. You are a collaborative partner who thrives in dynamic environments, working closely with executive leadership to shape and execute business strategies. In this role, you will own the strategy and execution of the go-to-market operations at Panopto — you will lead the integration of Revenue Operations and Marketing Operations, creating a cohesive operating system that enhances efficiency and effectiveness. You will be responsible for developing and implementing processes that optimize the use of Salesforce and other marketing technologies, ensuring that data is accurately captured and utilized for reporting and analytics. You will drive the development of an ideal customer profile (ICP) reporting framework and oversee pipeline analytics to support forecasting and strategic planning. Your role will involve collaborating with the GTM executive leadership team to align operational strategies with business objectives, ensuring that all teams are equipped to achieve their revenue goals. You will also establish a regular operating rhythm for reporting and performance measurement, ensuring that insights are actionable and drive continuous improvement across the organization. You will mentor and develop your team, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
