Figma is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to help existing customers scale and manage sales requests. You'll build knowledge across Figma's platform and collaborate with various teams. This role is ideal for those looking to develop a career in sales.

Who you are

You are an adaptable individual eager to contribute to the evolution of Figma's sales strategy. As a founding member of this new team, you thrive in a collaborative environment and are excited about shaping the future of design and collaboration. You possess strong communication skills and are comfortable engaging with customers through various channels such as email and video calls. Your ability to manage requests and close deals will be essential in helping customers maximize their use of Figma's platform.

Desirable

Experience in sales or customer service is a plus, but not required. A passion for design and technology will help you connect with customers and understand their needs better. You are open to learning and growing within the sales function, and you are committed to providing excellent service to Figma's customers.

What you'll do

In this role, you will communicate with existing customer accounts about Figma’s platform and pricing, ensuring they have the resources they need to succeed. You will manage inbound sales requests, processing renewals and changes to billing as necessary. Your responsibilities will also include qualifying and routing inbound prospects to the appropriate Account Executive, helping to streamline the sales process. You will gain valuable experience in sales operations and customer management, which will support your career development in this field.
