DoorDash is hiring a DashMart Team Member to engage in day-to-day operations at their local fulfillment center. You'll be responsible for inventory management, order fulfillment, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments.

In this role, you will accurately receive and stock inventory, ensuring all products are accounted for and safeguarded against loss or theft. You will monitor product quality and freshness, ensuring proper product rotation while following all HACCP, food-handling, and spoilage management processes. You will use technology similar to smartphone devices to scan packages, pick and stage orders, and conduct handoffs to Dashers. Communicating clearly and pleasantly with customers through the app when substitution approvals are needed will be part of your daily tasks. You will maintain a safe working environment by performing all duties in compliance with DashMart safety and security standards and complete all cleaning and warehouse organization tasks as assigned by management.
