Overview

Nebius AI is hiring a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead the delivery of GPU clusters and critical IT infrastructure for AI workloads. You'll coordinate across teams and manage risk to ensure successful launches. This role requires experience in cloud infrastructure and project management.

Job Description

Who you are

You have 5+ years of experience in technical program management, particularly in cloud infrastructure projects — you've successfully led complex programs from inception to completion, ensuring alignment across multiple teams and stakeholders. Your strong communication skills allow you to effectively coordinate between engineering, operations, and construction teams, ensuring everyone is on the same page and working towards common goals.

You possess a deep understanding of GPU clusters and IT infrastructure — your technical background enables you to engage with engineers and make informed decisions about technology choices and deployment strategies. You are adept at risk management, identifying potential issues before they arise and developing mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.

Your experience in the AI and cloud computing sectors gives you a unique perspective on the challenges and opportunities in this space — you are passionate about leveraging technology to solve real-world problems and are excited about the potential of AI to transform industries. You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy working with diverse teams to achieve ambitious goals.

Desirable

Experience with large-scale data center launches or similar infrastructure projects is a plus — you understand the complexities involved in scaling operations and can navigate the challenges that come with rapid growth. Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies will help you streamline processes and improve efficiency.

What you'll do

As a Senior Technical Program Manager at Nebius AI, you will lead the end-to-end delivery of new data center programs, from design through handover to operations. You will define project scopes, develop detailed project plans, and ensure that all teams are aligned on objectives and timelines. Your role will involve regular communication with stakeholders to provide updates on progress and address any concerns that may arise.

You will work closely with infrastructure leadership to define strategies for scaling operations across the US markets — your insights will help shape the direction of our infrastructure initiatives and ensure that we are well-positioned to meet the demands of our customers. You will also be responsible for managing risks associated with project delivery, proactively identifying potential roadblocks and developing contingency plans to mitigate them.

During key deployment phases, you may be required to be on-site at data centers to oversee critical activities and ensure that everything runs smoothly — your presence will be vital in coordinating efforts and addressing any issues that arise in real-time. You will play a key role in fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation within the team, encouraging team members to share ideas and contribute to the success of our projects.

What we offer

At Nebius AI, we offer a competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package that supports your professional growth and well-being. You will have opportunities for advancement within the company as we continue to expand our products and services. We value flexibility in the workplace, providing arrangements that suit your needs while promoting a collaborative environment.

Join us at Nebius AI and be part of a team that is at the forefront of AI cloud infrastructure. We encourage you to apply even if your experience doesn't match every requirement — your passion for technology and commitment to excellence are what truly matter.
