Overview

TripActions is seeking a Senior Manager of Deal Strategy to lead complex contract negotiations and collaborate with sales teams. This role requires strong negotiation skills and a deep understanding of pricing models.

Job Description

Who you are

You have extensive experience in deal strategy and negotiation, ideally with a background in sales operations or business development. You understand the intricacies of contract negotiations and can align customer needs with strategic business priorities. Your ability to work cross-functionally with various teams, including legal and finance, is a key strength. You are adept at managing complex deals and have a proven track record of optimizing revenue and profitability. You thrive in collaborative environments and are skilled at driving best practices to enhance sales efficiency. You are results-oriented and can develop metrics to improve visibility and consistency across geographies.

What you'll do

In this role, you will develop a deep understanding of Navan's licensing and pricing models to support global sales teams with deal structuring and quoting. You will work closely with the sales team to ensure customer needs are met while adhering to company policies. Your focus will be on minimizing sales cycle times and maximizing revenue, profitability, and market share. You will actively negotiate deals directly with customers and assist with non-standard deal requests, ensuring that all revenue recognition requirements are met. You will oversee deal financials and pricing, driving cross-functional teamwork to ensure successful deal execution. Additionally, you will implement best practices for deal reviews and enforce standard business practices and policies.

What we offer

TripActions offers a competitive compensation package, including a salary range of $132,000 to $215,000 USD. You will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where your contributions directly impact the company's success.
