Stripe is hiring a Client Onboarding Integration Engineer to help users successfully integrate with their platform. You'll leverage your technical skills in Java and software development, particularly in payments and ecommerce. This role requires strong problem-solving abilities and experience in customer success.
You have a strong technical aptitude with experience in software development — you understand the intricacies of integrating complex systems and can troubleshoot issues effectively. Your background in payments or ecommerce gives you a unique perspective on user needs and challenges. You possess superior time management skills, allowing you to manage multiple external customers simultaneously without compromising quality. As a self-starter, you can assess and solve complex problems autonomously, ensuring that users have a seamless onboarding experience. Your experience working in a Professional Services organization or in a customer success organization has equipped you with the skills to communicate effectively with clients and understand their requirements.
In this role, you will be at the forefront of helping users get live and successful on Stripe — your primary responsibility will be to guide clients through the onboarding process, ensuring they understand how to utilize Stripe's services effectively. You will analyze user journeys to identify areas for improvement and develop automated solutions to enhance the onboarding experience. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will design targeted journeys for users, funneling them to appropriate resources and support. Your technical expertise will be crucial in troubleshooting integration issues and providing solutions that meet client needs. You will also contribute to building a multi-faceted team of user-facing experts, program managers, and integration engineers, driving growth and success for Stripe's clients.
