Google is seeking a Senior Process Excellence Consultant to drive process development and improvement within gTech Ads. You'll leverage skills in Google Ads, process mapping, and data visualization to enhance operational efficiency. This role requires 8 years of experience in technical project management or customer-facing roles.
You have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience, along with 8 years of experience in a technical project management or customer-facing role. Your background includes working in complex, matrixed organizations at a global scale, and you possess a Master’s degree in a relevant field. You are skilled in process mapping and business process modeling tools such as Visio and Lucidchart, and you have experience with data visualization tools. Your understanding of Google Ads products and support processes allows you to convey technical concepts effectively, adapting your message to different audiences. You excel at interpreting data, generating actionable insights, and driving innovation while thinking creatively about process solutions. Your investigative, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills are top-notch.
In this role, you will serve business partners across gTech Ads, focusing on process development, improvement, and quality assurance. You will design and develop workflows utilizing lean applications for optimal resource utilization. Your responsibilities include systematically identifying and implementing changes to streamline existing processes, establishing future-ready and customer-first principles to reduce delivery errors. You will gather requirements from stakeholders, drive consensus on process changes, and develop change management strategies to ensure successful adoption of new processes and tools. This includes communication, training, and ongoing support. You will define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the impact of process improvements, monitor performance, and identify opportunities for further optimization.
