SpaceX is seeking a Technical Sales Architect to support the global adoption of Starlink. You'll engage with customers and assist in integrating Starlink's APIs into enterprise networks. This role requires strong technical and business acumen.
You have a strong technical background with experience in sales engineering or technical sales roles, ideally within the telecommunications or technology sectors. You possess deep knowledge of APIs and SDKs, enabling you to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Your ability to lead complex proof-of-concept efforts demonstrates your expertise in integrating technology solutions into existing systems. You are detail-oriented and have experience maintaining documentation and reference materials to support customer onboarding.
Experience with network telemetry and managerial APIs is a plus, as is familiarity with cloud-based solutions and enterprise network environments. You thrive in high-pressure situations and are comfortable working with cross-functional teams to achieve sales targets. Your strong communication skills allow you to articulate technical details clearly and effectively.
In this role, you will support the technical sales engagements of the Starlink Enterprise Sales team, answering customer inquiries and responding to RFIs during their evaluation of the product. You will lead customer proof-of-concept efforts, ensuring successful integration of Starlink into existing enterprise network environments. Collaboration with Starlink’s product engineering teams will be essential as you iterate and improve the APIs, SDKs, and dashboards based on customer feedback. You will also be responsible for building and maintaining documentation for Starlink’s APIs and onboarding collateral, ensuring that customers have the resources they need to successfully adopt the technology.
Additionally, you will maintain a Git repository of reference code to accelerate Starlink API adoption, contributing to the development of a robust channel strategy. Your role will require you to stay updated on industry trends and customer needs, allowing you to provide valuable insights to the sales team and product engineers. You will play a critical role in driving the success of Starlink’s enterprise sales initiatives, helping to expand its reach and impact worldwide.
