Job Description

Project Kuiper is an initiative to increase global broadband access through a constellation of 3,236 satellites in low Earth orbit (LEO). Its mission is to bring fast, affordable broadband to unserved and underserved communities around the world. Project Kuiper will serve a wide range of customers, including consumers, businesses, government agencies, and other organizations operating in places without reliable connectivity.

We are looking for Sr. Partner Training Manager.

Strategic Partner Enablement:
- Own and develop the partner enablement strategy, including content development, delivery mechanisms, and training programs
- Drive partner training initiatives across multiple geographies and partner types
- Develop and manage relationships with global partners to ensure successful implementation of training programs
- Create and execute scalable enablement solutions using AI, content authoring tools, and Learning Management Systems (LMS)

Content Development and Management:
- Lead the development of comprehensive partner training content and programs
- Leverage AI and modern content creation tools to develop scalable, interactive learning experiences
- Design and implement assessment strategies to measure partner competency and program effectiveness
- Establish and maintain content quality standards and governance processes

Business Impact and Metrics:
- Own reporting on forecasting and planning the business impact of partner enablement initiatives
- Track and measure partner training effectiveness and ROI
- Contribute to B2B2X Training goals as a single-threaded owner
- Drive measurable business metrics through successful partner enablement programs

Cross-functional Leadership:
- Collaborate with subject matter experts, product teams, and business stakeholders
- Influence across multiple teams and organizations to drive partner enablement initiatives
- Mentor and develop team members in partner enablement best practices
- Serve as a thought leader for other teams on partner enablement opportunities

Export Control Requirement:

Due to applicable export control laws and regulations, candidates must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (i.e., current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum.



Key job responsibilities



A day in the life
You will spearhead our partner enablement strategy, developing and implementing training programs across global markets. This involves managing content creation, delivery methods, and program effectiveness metrics. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, utilize AI and LMS space to scale training efforts, and ensure partners are well-equipped to support Kuiper's technology. You'll track program impact, provide regular updates to leadership, and continuously refine our enablement approach based on partner feedback and business needs.

About the team
The Global Development team mission is to plan, develop and execute on strategies to launch and operate Kuiper services globally. Through regional and local country operations, our team is responsible for delivering revenue from residential and small business broadband services.- Bachelor's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field
- 4+ years of business development, partner development, sales or alliances management experience
- Experience leading cross-functional teams to establish strong partnerships with demonstrable results
- - Experience with modern content development tools, LMS space, and AI-powered learning solutions- Master's degree or above
- Experience building and maintaining relationships with business partners
- Experience with one or more analytics visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, QuickSight, MicroStrategy, PowerBI)
- - Experience in satellite, telecommunications, or related technical industries
- - Experience with AI-powered content development and automation
- - Track record of developing and implementing partner enablement strategies
- - Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design
- - Project management certification

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $124,500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $215,100/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
