Overview

Microsoft is seeking a Data Engineer to join their Customer Experience and Success organization. You'll be responsible for building and managing data platforms and flows to enhance customer experiences. This role requires a strong background in data engineering.

Who you are

You have a strong background in data engineering, with experience in building and managing data platforms that support analytics and decision-making. You understand the importance of data governance and have a keen eye for detail when it comes to data quality and measurement. You are goal-driven and thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions. You are familiar with machine learning concepts and have experience in developing models that drive business value. You are adaptable and open to learning new technologies and methodologies as the field evolves.

Desirable

Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS is a plus, as is familiarity with data visualization tools. You may have worked in customer experience or support operations, giving you insights into how data can optimize these areas. A background in software development or programming languages relevant to data engineering will also be beneficial.

What you'll do

As a Data Engineer at Microsoft, you will be responsible for designing and implementing data pipelines that facilitate data-driven decision-making across the Customer Experience and Success organization. You will collaborate with data scientists and analysts to ensure that the data infrastructure supports their needs for analytics and reporting.
