You are data-driven, using market insights to inform your decisions and strategies. You thrive in collaborative environments and are adept at assembling and leading cross-functional teams to achieve common goals. Your passion for technology, particularly in the AI and cloud infrastructure space, aligns with Crusoe's mission to innovate sustainably.

Desirable

Experience in the cloud infrastructure or AI sectors is a plus, as is familiarity with product-oriented M&A evaluations. You may also have a background in managing joint development projects, which would enhance your ability to identify and execute on partnership opportunities.

What you'll do

As the Director of Product Partnerships, you will lead the identification and evaluation of potential product partnerships that can expand Crusoe Cloud’s offerings. This involves scouting for strategic prospects, conducting due diligence, and ensuring that partnered solutions align with the product roadmap. You will manage the full lifecycle of partnerships—from initial scouting through to execution and continuous improvement—ensuring that each partnership delivers ongoing value. Your role will require close collaboration with product leaders across various functions, including IaaS and Managed AI, to ensure that integrations are successful and meet customer needs. You will also be responsible for developing engagement models that may include partnerships, joint development, and product-oriented M&A evaluations as necessary. Your leadership will be crucial in maintaining consistency in partnership sourcing and assessment, and you will be expected to assemble virtual cross-functional teams as needed to drive initiatives forward.
