Your background includes working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance and alignment with business objectives. You are proactive and strategic, always looking for ways to improve processes and drive maximum business impact. You understand the nuances of legal terms and can effectively communicate them to non-legal stakeholders. In this role, you will manage the legal team's approach to vendor contracting, which includes reviewing and negotiating legal terms in vendor agreements for technology, professional services, and consulting. You will build and maintain contracting playbooks, contract templates, and clause libraries to streamline the vendor contracting function. Additionally, you will develop and maintain Airtable's contracts repository, ensuring that all agreements are easily accessible and well-organized. You will collaborate with teams across Airtable, including procurement, finance, IT, security, privacy, and compliance, to support vendor reviews and approvals. Your role will also involve providing strategic advice and insights to enhance the efficiency of the vendor contracting process.
