What you'll do

In this role, you will own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the technology that powers Glovo's Finance organization. You will ensure that our ERP, automation tools, and data platforms work together as a cohesive, scalable, and insight-driven ecosystem. Your responsibilities will include defining the technology strategy for finance systems, leading projects that enhance operational efficiency, and ensuring that the finance team has the tools they need to succeed.

You will collaborate closely with Finance Operations to understand their needs and translate them into technical requirements. By working with the technology team, you will oversee the implementation of new systems and enhancements to existing platforms. Your role will also involve monitoring the performance of finance systems and making data-driven recommendations for improvements.

You will be responsible for building strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization, ensuring that finance technology aligns with broader business objectives. Your leadership will guide the finance team through transitions and help them adapt to new technologies and processes. You will also play a key role in fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the finance organization.
