Carvana is seeking a General Manager for ADESA Minneapolis to lead the Field Safe & Secure Team. You'll be responsible for strategic planning, security program development, and project management. This role requires a collaborative mindset and a focus on data-driven decision-making.
You have a strong background in operations management, ideally with experience in security program development and strategic planning. You thrive in environments that challenge the status quo and are excited about leading teams through impactful change. Your collaborative spirit allows you to work effectively with various teams to ensure the safety and security of associates across multiple locations. You understand the importance of data analytics and crisis management in driving operational success. You are adaptable and ready to implement enterprise programs that enhance team effectiveness.
Experience in project management and asset protection processes would be beneficial. Familiarity with technology innovation in security contexts is a plus. You are comfortable navigating complex organizational structures and can communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
As the General Manager, you will oversee the Field Safe & Secure Team, ensuring that all safety and security protocols are effectively implemented across Carvana's numerous locations. You will collaborate with the Remote Safe & Secure Team to develop and execute strategic initiatives that enhance the safety of over 20,000 associates. Your role will involve leading the development of security programs that are innovative and data-driven, ensuring that all associates feel secure in their work environment. You will also be responsible for crisis management, preparing the team to respond effectively to any incidents that may arise. Your leadership will foster a culture of safety and accountability, driving the team to meet ambitious goals and continuously improve processes.
Carvana offers a competitive salary range of $100,000 to $120,000 annually, along with bonus and equity eligibility.
