Panel Technologies Engineering Program Manager

Apple is seeking a highly technical Display Engineering Program Manager to join the Panel Technologies EPM team supporting iPad and Home products. Our organization leads the development of innovative display panel and module designs, advanced materials, and next-generation manufacturing processes that shape the future of Apple displays and touch technologies. This role serves as a central hub between display panel engineers, module teams, and cross-functional partners across Materials, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, and Operations. We work in a fast-paced environment where proactive leadership, technical depth, and creative problem-solving are essential. The Display EPM drives complex engineering programs from concept through mass production. You will define project plans, establish schedules, lead cross-functional teams, and ensure execution at both Apple and international supplier sites. Success in this role requires strong technical fundamentals spanning optics, mechanics, electronics, materials, and manufacturing, along with excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills. This position requires independent decision-making, the ability to communicate complex technical topics, and a talent for resolving issues, dependencies, and conflicts quickly. You will lead engineering builds, manage development budgets, and ensure tight coordination across all partners. As part of the display development team, you will help bring new display technologies from proof-of-concept to high-volume production, collaborating with top-tier engineers and supplier partners around the world.
