Who you are

You have a proven track record in enterprise-channel sales leadership, ideally within the financial technology sector. Your experience includes developing go-to-market strategies and executing revenue growth plans. You possess strong leadership skills, enabling you to build and coach teams effectively. You are adept at forming strategic alliances and have a deep understanding of the Professional Employer Organization market. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are comfortable engaging with various stakeholders, including internal sales teams and external partners. You are results-driven and have a passion for driving growth in innovative financial solutions.

What you'll do

As the Vice President of Special Markets at Vestwell, you will be responsible for leading the strategy and execution for the PEO distribution channel. You will develop and own the go-to-market strategy, identifying target segments and positioning to maximize revenue growth. Your role will involve building and leading a team focused on PEO distribution, ensuring alignment with overall company objectives. You will engage with top PEOs and their internal sales teams to drive partnerships and execute deals. You will analyze market trends and adjust strategies accordingly to maintain a competitive edge. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will be essential to ensure the successful implementation of initiatives. You will report directly to the Divisional Vice President of Special Markets and contribute to the overall vision and direction of the company.
