Bankjoy is seeking a Quality Assurance Analyst to ensure high-quality software for their digital banking products. You'll develop and execute test cases, report bugs, and collaborate with the development team. This role requires a strong focus on quality improvement and automation.
You are a detail-oriented individual with a passion for quality assurance and a desire to improve software products. You have experience in developing and executing test cases, identifying bugs, and communicating results effectively to stakeholders. Your understanding of agile practices allows you to work seamlessly within a cross-functional team, ensuring quality is maintained throughout the software development lifecycle. You have a foundational knowledge of automation testing and are familiar with tools like Selenium. Your ability to work independently and as part of a team makes you a valuable asset in any project. Experience with regression testing and familiarity with agile methodologies are advantageous. In this role, you will develop, execute, and maintain test cases for various functional areas of our software platform. You will identify and report bugs with accurate and detailed descriptions, ensuring that issues are communicated effectively to the development team. Your responsibilities will include performing end-to-end solution testing and quarterly regression testing, all while adhering to project timelines.
You will work closely with the development team to ensure quick resolution of identified issues, participating in agile practices such as stand-ups, backlog refinement, sprint planning, and retrospectives. Your role will be crucial in maintaining the quality of our digital banking products, which are designed to enhance the customer experience.
