Amazon Prime is the world’s most recognized membership program and is one of the most critical program that contributes to the Amazon flywheel. The Prime Technology team is engaged in evolving the technology platforms for geographic expansion and for building new core infrastructure services in line with the new program launches. The team has a great set of complex unsolved technical & business problems on the roadmap. The solution for these need to be designed & developed considering use cases across various membership programs in Amazon and not limited to only Prime programs.
We are looking for a high calibre Quality Assurance Engineer, with a strong passion for testing and deep technical problem solving skills, to join the Amazon Prime QA team. As a QAE, you will be responsible for understanding complex distributed systems and developing functional and performance test plans and cases. You must continuously raise the bar for QA practices, establishing and documenting procedures.
You will work with Software Development Engineers to understand features and technical implementation and develop test plans and suites that approximate real-world environments and regression tests driving the software development process toward quality-centric methodologies. You will develop automated tests to help fasten testing cycles and release faster to our customers. In this role, you will be responsible to deliver manual/automated solutions to test customer facing features.

- 1+ years of quality assurance engineering experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience in manual testing
- Experience in automation testing
- Experience in UI and API automation testing (Selenium/SOAPUI)- Experience in API & Mobile testing
- Experience designing and planning test conditions, test scripts, and test data sets to ensure appropriate and adequate coverage and control
