Product Manager / Director, User Growth (User Conversion)

Who you are

You have a strong background in agile methodologies and data-driven growth strategies, with at least 5 years of experience in product management or a related field. Your expertise in data analysis allows you to make informed decisions that drive user conversion and growth. You are familiar with growth hacking techniques and have a proven track record of executing successful go-to-market plans. Experience in the crypto industry is preferred, as you understand the unique challenges and opportunities within this space. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, marketing, and customer success to identify and prioritize growth opportunities. You are results-oriented and enjoy conducting experiments to measure the impact of your strategies.

Desirable

While not mandatory, familiarity with localization strategies and the ability to adapt growth strategies to different markets will be advantageous. You are comfortable using various analytics tools to track performance and derive insights that inform your decisions. A passion for the crypto industry and a desire to contribute to its growth will set you apart as a candidate.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the development and execution of growth strategies for OKX's products, focusing on user conversion and retention. You will collaborate with product management, engineering, marketing, and customer success teams to identify growth opportunities and prioritize initiatives that align with business goals. Your responsibilities will include conducting market research to understand user needs and preferences, as well as analyzing data to measure the effectiveness of growth initiatives. You will design and implement experiments to test new ideas and optimize existing strategies, ensuring that your efforts are data-driven and results-oriented. You will also be responsible for communicating findings and recommendations to stakeholders, helping to shape the overall growth strategy of the company.
