What you'll do

In this role, you will own the integration strategy for the People organization, transforming how technical services are delivered. You will work closely with product and business partners to innovate and drive key decisions that impact the organization. Your responsibilities will include designing scalable processes, partnering with Information Security to protect data, and identifying creative solutions that accelerate delivery through automation. You will define the long-term roadmap that supports DoorDash's rapid scale and global growth, ensuring that the integration of people data is secure and efficient. You will serve as the connective tissue between various departments, facilitating communication and collaboration to achieve organizational goals. Your leadership will be crucial in shaping the future of the People Technology team, and you will be expected to mentor and guide team members to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
