As an Enterprise Account Coordinator at Uber Eats, you will lead the end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring that all offers go live on time and are tracked accurately. You will develop marketing assets to maximize campaign visibility and user engagement for key partners. Collaborating with the Consumer Growth team, you will align partner activities with seasonal marketing calendars to enhance promotional efforts. You will manage targeted offers and audience segments to support the growth of Uber One and merchant-specific loyalty programs. Additionally, you will ensure new stores are onboarded smoothly, providing operational and administrative support to maximize partner success. Your role will involve curating partner offers through in-menu collections and optimizing menu layouts to improve customer discovery and sales. You will also be responsible for tracking campaign performance and providing insights to improve future initiatives.
