You have over 5 years of technical recruiting experience in high-growth tech environments — you've successfully hired for hyperscale startups and understand the nuances of building teams in fast-paced settings. Your ability to build and maintain relationships with leadership and hiring teams is a key strength, allowing you to effectively assess current and future hiring needs in core engineering functions.
