Who you are

You have strong experience as a Data Analyst, particularly in data migration and process automation. Your expertise includes analyzing gaps between source data and target databases, ensuring data quality and consistency. You are skilled in designing transformation and enrichment rules, and you can communicate complex data topics in a business-friendly manner. You possess a proactive mindset, driving discussions forward and ensuring alignment between business and technical perspectives. Your organizational skills allow you to keep track of decisions and open points from workshops and meetings. You are comfortable working with CSV files and SQL, and you understand the importance of data integrity in automated processes.

Desirable

Experience with data transformation tools and methodologies is a plus. Familiarity with data visualization tools would enhance your ability to present findings effectively. A background in working with stakeholders to clarify business logic for data processes is also beneficial.

What you'll do

In this role, you will analyze existing data sources, primarily CSV files and source databases, to identify gaps and inconsistencies. You will document data definitions, flows, and dependencies, ensuring a clear understanding of the data landscape. Your responsibilities will include defining and documenting rules for data transformation, enrichment, and validation. You will work closely with stakeholders to clarify business logic for derived fields and design transformation logic that meets business needs. Additionally, you will be responsible for translating transformation logic into actionable tasks, ensuring that data is correctly loaded into final databases. You will also help build a robust, automated data import pipeline, contributing to the overall efficiency of data processes within the organization.
