Who you are

You have a minimum of 3 years of professional automotive painting experience, demonstrating your ability to match and mix paint colors effectively. You are skilled in using water-based paint and have experience working in a high-tech environment, such as an automotive inspection center. You are a team player who is committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences and are willing to work mandatory overtime when necessary to meet business needs. You possess a valid driver’s license and can read, write, speak, and understand English fluently.

What you'll do

As a Mid-Level Auto Painter at Carvana, you will be responsible for preparing vehicles for painting, ensuring that all surfaces are clean and ready for application. You will mix and match paint colors to achieve the desired finish, applying water-based paint in our state-of-the-art paint booths. You will work closely with other team members to ensure that all vehicles meet Carvana's high standards for quality and appearance. Your role will also involve maintaining a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols, and using tools and equipment properly to ensure efficiency and quality in your work.
