Vibe is seeking a Customer Success Manager to drive customer retention and uncover upsell opportunities within a portfolio of clients. You'll build strong relationships and provide strategic guidance to enhance platform adoption. This role requires experience in customer success and relationship management.
You have a proven track record in customer success management, ideally with experience in the advertising or technology sectors. You excel at building strong, proactive relationships with clients, ensuring they derive maximum value from the platform. Your ability to monitor customer health and provide strategic guidance is key to reducing churn and identifying upsell opportunities. You are data-driven and understand the importance of customer feedback in shaping product offerings. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are comfortable working with medium to large clients, adapting your approach to meet their unique needs. You are a strong communicator, capable of articulating complex concepts in a clear and engaging manner.
Experience in the advertising technology space is a plus, as is familiarity with customer engagement tools and platforms. You may have a background in campaign management or technical support, which will enhance your ability to assist clients effectively. A passion for data-driven decision-making and a desire to contribute to a customer-centric culture will set you apart.
As a Customer Success Manager at Vibe, you will be instrumental in driving customer retention and reducing churn within your portfolio of clients. You will engage with clients through regular, value-driven touchpoints, ensuring they are fully utilizing the platform's features and capabilities. Your role will involve health monitoring of customer accounts, providing insights and recommendations to enhance their experience. You will support self-service customers throughout their lifecycle, from campaign setup to execution, ensuring they have the resources and guidance needed to succeed. You will champion the voice of the customer by gathering feedback and facilitating initiatives such as G2 reviews and case studies. Your efforts will directly contribute to a customer-centric culture within the organization, streamlining operations and driving revenue growth through high-impact engagement.
Vibe offers a flexible hybrid work model, allowing you to balance time between our office in New York's Flatiron District and remote work. We provide unlimited PTO to help you recharge and reset, along with paid parental leave for both maternity and paternity. Compensation for this role is based on experience and skill set, with an estimated base salary range of $100,000–$120,000, plus bonus eligibility.
