Job Description

You will lead a team of product managers, and establish the vision and roadmap across the customer journey (pre-purchase and post-purchase). Your responsibilities will include setting the CX vision, establishing pricing strategies, and collaborating with tech partners to develop scalable solutions. You will work with senior leaders across multiple VP orgs (e.g. Ops, SCOT, Pricing, Marketing, etc) to set a comprehensive vision. You will also create experimental frameworks, analyze results, and structure scalable programs across diverse customer use cases and touch points.

As an effective communicator, you will engage with S-TEAM leadership through both written and verbal communications. Your track record should show success in complex product launches, making high judgement decisions, fostering strong partnerships, advocating for customers, and influencing partner teams. You need to be comfortable with ambiguity, and thrive in a fast pace, start up environment.- 6+ years of team management experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product- Experience delivering consumer software products and services in a high growth environment

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $178,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $307,900/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
