Stripe is seeking a Startup & Investor Partnerships Lead to drive market strategy and build relationships within startup communities in Australia and New Zealand. This role requires strong networking skills and experience in the startup ecosystem.
You have a proven track record in building strategic partnerships, particularly within the startup ecosystem. Your experience includes working with venture capital firms, accelerators, and incubators, allowing you to navigate the complexities of the startup landscape effectively. You are well-networked in the startup communities across Australia and New Zealand, which enables you to identify and engage with key stakeholders. Your ability to work effectively across internal and external organizations is complemented by your creativity and initiative, making you a reliable and adaptable professional.
Experience with the Private Equity and Venture Capital community is a plus, as is familiarity with the dynamics of startup ecosystems. You are someone who learns quickly and thrives in environments that require decisiveness and professionalism.
In this role, you will serve as a key member of the Startup & Investor Partnerships team, driving Stripe's market strategy for startups in Australia and New Zealand. Your responsibilities will include identifying appropriate startup and investor channels to partner with, establishing new business opportunities, and fostering relationships with these stakeholders and their portfolio companies. You will collaborate closely with the Stripe APAC sales team to ensure effective day-to-day interactions with portfolio companies, contributing to the long-term success of these partnerships. Additionally, you will work with cross-functional teams to engage with the startup community, enhancing Stripe's visibility and influence in the market.
