What you'll do

As a Recruitment Operations Coordinator at InterSystems, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to the recruitment team. Your responsibilities will include managing phone coverage and calendar scheduling, ensuring that all logistics for interviews are coordinated smoothly. You will maintain various reports as directed and communicate with candidates to provide them with necessary information regarding assessments and interviews. Additionally, you will attend campus recruiting events, such as career fairs and information sessions, to promote the company and engage with potential candidates. You will also assist in planning and executing summer intern programming, which includes onboarding support and engagement activities. Your role is crucial in ensuring a positive candidate experience by addressing inquiries and concerns promptly, while also updating recruitment systems with accurate candidate information.
